Whilst you can still book and pay for a group yourself, our group booking service means that you can reserve space for a larger group (over 20 people), but leave it up to group members to book and pay for themselves.
As the organiser, you won’t have to send endless emails, collect the money, or risk your own!
The process
a) Fill in the form below, we will confirm availability and send you an email template, that you can top and tail (to send to your group) with details of how they book and pay.
b) As the organiser, you should be the first to book and this will establish the group name. You will also need to include the number of campers that you are expecting under “special requirements”.
c) Each group member will then need to visit the booking form link on the email – choosing the Campsite they are visiting and then clicking on ‘Joining a group’
d) They will need to enter the name of the group, followed by the details of those they are responsible for and then pay the relevant fee.
This will ensure that you will all camp together, around your own campfire, in a pre-reserved section of the campsite.
